Were looking for a Legal Counsel (13 PQE) to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract working in a hybrid model (typically 12 days / week in our London office).
This is a high-impact role where you will act as a trusted partner to the business supporting legal initiatives across our global operations.
Prepare, review and maintain a wide range of legal documents, contracts and agreements.
Support the full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, tracking and ongoing administration.
Assist with corporate records, board materials and compliance with regulatory obligations.
Work closely with cross‑functional departments to gather information and provide clear practical legal support.
Organise and deliver legal training sessions to colleagues on policies, compliance and relevant legal topics.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of legal activities, agreements and documentation.
In‑house experience is not required; we are open to candidates from private practice.
Strong drafting, interpretation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work at pace and with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn legal complexity into clear, user‑friendly guidance.
