Legal Contracts Manager (6 month FTC)

Reporting To: Omnia Cenktas

This role will primarily support invoX’s respiratory business by managing & coordinating the company’s commercial and legal contracting requirements. You will work closely with a small, collaborative legal team and various stakeholders across the respiratory device operations to provide timely, pragmatic legal support in a fast-paced environment. The role is broad and varied, requiring a proactive individual with strong contract management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to:
    • Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
    • Work Orders (WOs)
    • Change Orders (COs)
    • Bought-In Component Agreements (BICs)
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
    • Quality Agreements (QAAs)
    • Other supplier and partner contracts relevant to respiratory device development and operations.
  • Support internal teams by providing general legal administrative support, such as contract tracking through our contract management system, and work allocation.
  • Ensure contracts are consistent with internal policies and risk tolerances; flag issues, propose solutions, and escalate where necessary.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Program Management to ensure legal agreements align with project timelines and commercial objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date contract templates and support the continuous improvement of contracting processes and tools.
  • Coordinate with external counsel when required and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support business stakeholders on legal and contracting queries and any associated tasks.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Degree educated, with a preference for a legal qualification.
  • Solid experience supporting a legal or contracts function, ideally in the life sciences, medical devices, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, particularly MSAs, WOs, COs, NDAs, and other operational agreements.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a small team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, independence and a collaborative mindset.
  • Skilled in communicating legal and contractual concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements and implement best practices across contracting and legal workflows.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • London,UK or Hasselt,Belgium based preferred.
