Overview

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our busy residential property team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our Conveyancers and Solicitors, ensuring smooth transaction and an excellent client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a welcoming first point of contact for client queries and assisting in resolving them
  • Drafting documents, reports and letters with accuracy and care
  • Carrying out property searches and preparing files for transactions
  • Assisting with completions and post-completion processes
  • Organising diaries, meetings and key dates for solicitors
  • Providing proactive administrative support to the wider team
About you

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a property law team and bring:
