Duties
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents for property transactions, including contracts and transfer deeds.
  • Conduct property searches and obtain relevant information from local authorities and other agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and files using the case management system, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to provide updates on the progress of transactions.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding promptly to queries.
  • Assist in the completion of financial statements and ensure timely payments are processed.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks as required to facilitate smooth operations within the department.
