A reputable legal services provider in Haywards Heath is seeking experienced legal advisors to manage high-volume Fast Track RTA claims. The role involves supporting litigation processes, liaising with relevant parties, and contributing to performance targets. Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of RTA claims handling and solid experience with case management systems. We are looking for legal advisors with experience of supporting on caseload management of high‑volume RTA Fast Track claims. You must be able to assist the delivery of a robust claims handling process – with a key focus on client outcomes and fee generation.
Pro‑actively assist in the progression of high‑volume caseloads of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims in line with agreed internal procedures and practices. This supporting role involves aiding in litigation processes to help generate fee income and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Make use of the firm’s Case Management Systems; postholders will assist on the identification of cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial and support the progression of such cases accordingly.
Liaise appropriately and timely with sources, medical agencies, experts, third‑party insurers and other relevant parties.
Support the assessment of liability and quantum to the firm.
Include reviewing medical reports, researching and obtaining relevant case law, drafting schedules of special damages and reviewing suitable awards for compensation.
To support cases with denial of liability and causation arguments, take a practical yet commercial approach to settlements, including supporting client advice on cost risks.
Contribute to performance targets (e.g., profit costs, case issuance, and settlements) while maintaining the firm’s integrity.
This role is suitable for experienced legal advisors with significant knowledge of RTA claims handling and the full litigation process. A solid working knowledge of the CPR, legislation and relevant case law is required. Competent working with a case management system and good knowledge of MS Office are essential.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary, with a focus on delivering quality service to clients.
