Reporting to the team leader, the Legal Administration Assistant provides administrative support to solicitors, assisting with client management, file management, and compliance. Opportunities for secondment with clients may be available. The role requires adherence to data protection policies established by the Health Business Group.
Team introduction:
The Health Litigation team specializes in clinical negligence claims involving NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and other clients. The team has received awards, including being named Legal Services Provider of the Year by the Health Service Journal.
