Responsibilities

• Support key process and project meetings.
• Assist the Operations team with communication and reporting.
• Help with planning and facilitation of projects.
• Manage data for improvement projects.
• Conduct compliance audits and monitor quality.
• Assist with resource management and forecasting.
• Support the Content Operations team.
• Facilitate workshops and training.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
