A leading global consulting partner is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Architect to support transformation projects for enterprise clients. You will design and deliver IT Asset Management solutions, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape architecture for large-scale asset portfolios. The ideal candidate has strong experience in ServiceNow SAM and HAM Pro, along with client-facing skills to lead cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Extensive experience implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Strong understanding of designing integrations with discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ITAM architecture for large environments.
• Develop multi-phase roadmaps for SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
• Lead design for complex entitlement modelling and workflows.
• Implement scalable strategies for high-volume data ingestion.
• Architect integrations with discovery tools and ERP systems.
• Establish governance frameworks for compliance.
• Drive remediation strategies for licensing and audit readiness.
• Mentor teams on SAM / HAM configurations.
