Full-Time | 36 hours per week | 52 weeks per year

Salary: £33,550 – £40,073 per annum

Are you a skilled construction professional with experience across multiple trades? Do you want to inspire the next and share your expertise in a dynamic and supportive educational environment?

City College Norwich is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our Construction team as a Lecturer in Multi Skills Construction. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by delivering practical, hands-on training across a range of trade areas.

About the Role

You will deliver engaging and accessible teaching to learners on our Multi Skills Construction pathways, primarily at Entry Level and Level 1. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Tiling
  • Plastering
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Groundworks

Whether you’re currently working in the industry or already have teaching experience, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For
  • Industry Experience: Practical expertise in one or more of the listed trade areas.
  • Teaching Potential: A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learners. Experience in training or a teaching qualification would be an asset, but is not essential.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to engage and motivate students from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Team Player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment.
