Overview

Lecturer in Make-up and Beauty (Fixed Term until 31 July 2026)
Salary: £33,550 - £40,073 per annum (pro rata) • Hours: To be confirmed (evening and weekend availability required)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of the beauty industry? We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Lecturer in Make-up and Beauty to join our dynamic Hair and Beauty team, delivering high-quality education across Level 1, 2, and 3 programmes. You will deliver engaging lessons, hands-on practical sessions, and relevant theory that reflects current industry standards. Our curriculum is nationally recognised for its high standards, and we’re proud to support students in becoming confident, capable professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality education across Level 1, 2, and 3 programmes in Make-up and Beauty.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons with a mix of theory and practical sessions that reflect current industry standards.
  • Assess and monitor learner progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment and support student success.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a practitioner in the beauty sector, with recent and relevant industry knowledge.
  • A teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).
  • A commitment to delivering innovative, practical teaching across all levels.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
