Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a prestigious and forward-thinking property consultancy to recruit a talented Surveyor to join their thriving Lease Consultancy team in Bristol.

What You'll Do

You'll provide expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, and broader lease consultancy matters across office, retail, and industrial assets in the West Country and South Wales, with opportunities to support national projects.

You'll also advise on break clauses, lease restructuring, dilapidations, and other leasehold matters, contributing strategic insight to a strong pipeline of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on commercial rent reviews and lease renewals
• Advise on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and third-party procedures
• Draft approval reports and provide strategic consultancy on leasehold issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to fee growth

What We're Looking For

• Confident in Excel and report writing
