Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work 37 hours per week, supporting students with their mathematics at our Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. This position is on a permanent, term time only basis for 37 weeks of the year.
The role pays from G16 £20,015.81 up to £22,246.80 (full time equivalent being G16 £24,098 up to G19 £26,784).
In this role you will enable students to access the mathematics curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.
Working in a team under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager and Lecturers you will assist with teaching, learning and associated activities in accordance with college policies, procedures and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). This may include supporting whole classes; working with individuals and small groups of learners; assisting with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities; working closely with pastoral and welfare staff in supporting students to overcome learning, physical or emotional boundaries.
