A dynamic educational organization in the UK is seeking part-time Learning Support Assistants for Broxbourne and Ware. This role involves providing academic and pastoral support to students with learning differences. Successful candidates should have experience in learning support and be committed to enhancing student well-being. The position offers a flexible schedule of three days a week during term time, with a focus on promoting student independence in a supportive college environment.
We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at their state of art facilities in Broxbourne and Ware.
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about enabling learners with identified learning differences to access the college environment, to include academic support, pastoral support and communication for learners to realise their potential.
We have several positions available at Broxbourne and Ware, employed as a temporary agency worker via HRG, supporting Learners in various departments.
The roles are based on a working day of 9am to 4pm with a one-hour lunch break, term time only. We are looking for individuals that can work 3 days per week.
Successful candidates will possess experience of working in learning support, display excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, an enthusiasm for promoting independence for young people, a commitment to the well‑being of all learners and a passion for constantly improving their learning experience.
