This is your opportunity to join a small, independent specialist school designed specifically for children with communication difficulties typically associated with Autism spectrum conditions. This warm and welcoming school is currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP. This role is needed due to a current member of the team retiring after 25 years. The school is full of character and has excellent facilities including an on-site kitchen, a fully equipped music room and an outside space with a trim trail and on-site Forest School. The setting supports 85+ pupils aged 4 to 16 years, providing tailored 1:1 education in a calm and nurturing environment.

This position is on a full-time basis. Applicants must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. Full training will be provided and you will have access to free and fully funded qualifications. The school is invested in the futures of both staff and learners.
