A local educational trust is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work across various year groups in Malvern Hills. The role involves providing tailored support to students to enhance their learning experience and ensure they succeed in the classroom. Attributes such as strong communication skills, the ability to inspire students, and experience in educational settings are essential. Working as part of our teaching team, the learning support assistant role is based in the classroom working alongside the class TA and under the direction of the class teacher. You will be supporting a small group of children to access the curriculum by providing additional support – including explaining methods and helping them keep on track. This may involve some one-to-one activities as required throughout the course of the school day
