A local educational institution is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide vital support to children in Epsom, England. The role is focused on helping students make social and emotional progress, requiring strong communication skills and flexibility. The position offers 21.25 hours per week during term time, with an actual salary of £12,127.74 per annum, pro rata. Ideal candidates will possess GCSEs in English and Maths and have a passion for working with children.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The role involves providing support for children who require additional help working both in the classroom and around school to help pupils make academic social emotional and behavioural progress. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting all children, be flexible in their approach and work well as part of a team.
The role is term-time only (38 weeks per year). 21.25 hours per week. Work pattern: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 13:30 (includes a 15min unpaid break). For the right candidate we can be flexible around the weekly working pattern.
PS3 Fully time equivalent (FTE) 24510. Actual salary (21.25 hours 38 weeks): 12127.74 per annum (pro rata).
