A vibrant primary school is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to enhance children's educational experiences. You will work closely with teachers, providing support to create an inclusive environment for every pupil. This role is term time only, full time, with the opportunity for career progression. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community.
Term time only: Yes
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: £16,728 - £18,619 per annum (Annual Full Time Equivalent £24,950 - £27,770.) dependent on qualifications and experience.
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time 08.30 - 3.30 Monday to Friday. Part Time may be considered. Term Time Only.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support children’s learning, helping to create an inclusive and engaging environment where all pupils can thrive.
Your role may involve working with small groups, providing one-to-one support, and assisting with classroom activities to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
