This is a full-time role starting in October 2025. No classroom experience? No problem. Responsibilities

• Support students with additional or complex learning needs within the classroom
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, both academically and emotionally
• Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to remove barriers to learning
