Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We’re looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join schools across Cwmbran, with both full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.

You’ll be working closely with teachers to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting pupils to reach their full potential.

What we’re looking for:
  • Enthusiastic and reliable individuals with a genuine interest in education
  • Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential – training and support will be provided
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
