A reputable educational institution in the UK is seeking a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people. The ideal candidate should have a sporty background and be able to engage students aged 9-13, particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Location: Between Horsham and Billingshurst
Position: Learning Support Assistant (Upper Primary)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm (5:00pm finish on Mondays)
Pay: £127 per day (via agency), temp-to-perm
Permanent Salary: £26,270

The school supports boys with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional learning needs. They are looking for a positive role model – someone who can build strong relationships, encourage participation, and support pupils both emotionally and academically.
