Learning Mentor - Bromley - Immediate Start. Full-Time Long-Term Secondary School

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join a supportive mainstream secondary school in Bromley. This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to students' wellbeing, behaviour, and academic progress.

As a Learning Mentor, you will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide targeted support to students who experience barriers to learning—including behavioural, social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). Your role will involve delivering one-to-one mentoring, small group sessions, and in-class support, helping students stay engaged, build resilience, and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted support to students experiencing barriers to learning

Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools or similar settings)
