We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality, inclusive learning programmes at Wentworth Woodhouse.
This is a rare opportunity to shape learning at a nationally significant heritage site while leading an exciting, externally funded programme focused on SEND and SEMH learners. Working closely with artists, teachers and partners – including Grimm & Co and schools across Rotherham – you will co-design creative curricula, mentor practitioners and embed best practice in inclusive heritage learning.
Alongside this flagship programme, you will take a strategic lead on learning across the site, writing and implementing a Learning and Skills Strategy, refreshing our schools offer and helping to grow our reach with children, young people and communities.
You’ll be an experienced learning or education professional with a strong track record in programme development and delivery, ideally within museums, heritage or cultural settings. You will have:
