Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and implementation of a company-wide learning and development strategy.
  • Work with the People Director to drive strategic L&D priorities.
  • Proactively identify skills gaps and areas for organizational growth.

Skills

Significant experience in L&D
Strong knowledge of early years pedagogy
Proven experience in designing and delivering high-impact training
Experience in blended learning and digital tools
Understanding of key early years learning theories

Education

Professional L&D or Training qualification
Early Years professional qualification (Level 3+)
