Job description

Location : Essex, UK + Hybrid (WFH) - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

This position plays a crucial role in supporting our clients Central European team and the 20 EU markets they oversee. The team is responsible for all non-technical training across Europe and has recently migrated approximately 19 markets to a new Learning Management System.

As the Digital Design Specialist, you will assist the Digital Design Lead in creating and maintaining high-quality digital assets, including wireframes, web banners, thumbnails, and PowerPoint presentations. You will also help manage email communications with EU20 markets and perform minor HTML coding, code adjustments, and CSS edits to ensure all outputs meet brand standards and deliver a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have basic proficiency in graphic design software, a strong eye for detail and user experience, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
