A community support organization in London is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Administrator for a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover. This role involves supporting employee development by organizing training programs and ensuring the effectiveness of learning opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in L&D or HR, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This part-time position is flexible, ideal for those with other commitments, and offers various benefits including 25 days leave pro rata.
Job Title: Learning & Development Administrator
Salary: £27,600 pa (pro rata)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract maternity cover for 9 months, with the possibility of 12 months.
Hours/Flexibility: This role is 19 hours a week on a 9-to-12-month contract (maternity cover), and we think it tends to work best as shorter hours across five days rather than two and a half full days. Would suit someone who juggles caring responsibilities, or has other commitments, or needs to fit their schedule around visa related limits on working hours.
Location: Tottenham Hale, London, N17 but with occasional travel to other Outward sites across NE London.

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join Outward on a 9 month fixed-term contract with a view to potentially extend to 12 months. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their experience and develop new skills in L&D within a supportive organisation.
As the L&D Administrator, you will play a key role in empowering our employees by organising and evaluating impactful training programmes. You will also provide administrative support, ensuring that our workforce has access to the resources and learning opportunities needed to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for people development with your organisational and problem-solving skills.
