We’re proud of our award-winning team, and now we’re looking for someone equally passionate to join us as a Learning and Development Facilitator on a part time basis, working 3 days per week across our homes in Northampton. As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in empowering our teams to deliver outstanding care. You’ll lead engaging training sessions across a cluster of homes, helping ensure our people are confident, competent, and compliant.
