Seeking a Learning and Behaviour Mentor for a SEMH school.

If so, then this is the role for you.

Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a pupil referral unit across two separate sites in Braintree.

You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with children who have social emotional mental health. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!

A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.

This role requires someone who has a strong, robust character as there may be challenges along the way.

This is a long-term, full-time position so we are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am-15:30pm.
