What You'll Be Doing: Igniting Growth and Shaping Our Future

This role is a canvas to design, deliver, and champion transformative leadership development experiences. You will be at the heart of our journey, ensuring our people and organisation are equipped to excel.

  • Developing leadership competency frameworks
  • Implementing cutting-edge leadership diagnostics and 360-degree feedback
  • Design & Delivery: Crafting Inspirational Journeys
  • Innovate & Inspire: Deliver leadership development programmes that resonate across roles, meet regulatory standards, and address evolving business needs
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop blended learning materials including toolkits, digital content, eLearning and webinars that are practical, inclusive, and relevant
  • Embed Learning: Support transfer of knowledge into daily practice via social learning, actionable planning, and ongoing support
  • Facilitate with Flair: Lead development workshops for managers, weaving in Salutem values and inclusive leadership
  • Organisational Development Consulting: Diagnosing, designing and delivering change
  • Cultural Partner: Advise stakeholders on cultural strengths and challenges; design targeted OD interventions, team diagnostics, values alignment, 360-degree feedback, and engagement planning
  • Integrate & Embed: Collaborate with Managers to weave leadership and culture frameworks into day-to-day operations
  • Evaluation & Impact: Measure success and drive improvement
  • Insight-Driven Reporting: Record activities, report themes, and translate insights into actionable reports
  • Demonstrate Value: Provide reports to stakeholders on outcomes of OD interventions
  • Shape the Future: Monitor culture and capability trends to inform succession planning and workforce resilience
  • Projects & Innovation: Lead key OD initiatives; stay ahead of L&D/OD trends
Who You Are: Your Expertise & What You Bring
  • Proven Experience: Designing and delivering high-impact blended leadership and organisational development programmes, ideally in regulated or commercial care/education
  • Team Leadership: At least 3 years’ experience managing teams
  • Master Facilitator: Excellent facilitation skills across in-person and digital platforms
  • Knowledge Powerhouse: Deep understanding of culture change, team development and adult learning principles
  • Consultative Approach: Experience consulting on complex team dynamics and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Qualified Professional: CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent in Organisational Development, L&D, or Coaching
  • Accreditation Bonus: Accreditation in psychometrics (e.g., Thomas PPA, DiSC, Insights) or team diagnostics is a plus
  • Sector Background (Preferred): Experience in social care and/or education is advantageous
  • Sector Savvy (Preferred): Familiarity with regulatory bodies (CQC, OFSTED, Care Inspectorate Wales, ESTYN) and workforce development strategies in social care
