Job description
Join OneAdvanced

We’re investing significantly in developing our leaders, and we are looking for a Leadership Development Manager with genuine depth in leadership development.

This isn’t a generalist L&D role – we’re seeking someone who specialises in leadership capability building and brings experience in designing, creating and delivering solutions that shift behaviour and accelerate growth.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is energised by the variety that comes with true end‑to‑end ownership, and is comfortable designing leadership programmes, facilitating executive‑level workshops, and managing practical delivery tasks such as logistics, participant communications, room set‑up or even lunch orders. We care about impact, and that means being hands‑on from start to finish.

Reporting to the L&D Director, this individual‑contributor position offers span, autonomy and the opportunity to shape the leadership capability of a growing organisation. You’ll typically spend a couple of days each week in our Birmingham office to collaborate, co‑create and deliver high‑impact experiences.

What You Will Do
  • Design and deliver leadership development initiatives across all levels, from first‑time managers to senior leaders
  • Work closely with the L&D Director to evaluate and maximise the impact of learning initiatives
  • Create and facilitate blended learning experiences and leadership programmes from scratch
  • Coordinate development projects and work closely with internal stakeholders and subject‑matter experts
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and identify leadership capability gaps
  • Support the development of a continuous learning culture across the organisation
  • Identify, source and evaluate external learning partners to ensure quality and alignment
  • Manage logistics and essential programme administration to ensure seamless delivery
  • Contribute to shaping the internal reputation and influence of the L&D function as we grow
What You Will Have
  • Deep specialist experience in leadership development, not just generalist L&D
  • Strong experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes for multiple levels
  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills, including with senior and executive audiences
  • A continuous learning mindset, curiosity and awareness of current leadership trends
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for developing others
  • The ability to translate business needs into relevant and timely development solutions
  • A coaching qualification is desirable

If you want genuine ownership, variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on leadership capability within a fast‑paced and evolving organisation, we’d love to hear from you.

This advert will close once we find the right person, so early applications are encouraged.
