As the senior figure within the development team, you will lead by example, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding, architecture, and performance. You will play a major role in shaping the department's technical direction, with the long term goal of stepping into a Development Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Building, maintaining, and enhancing modern, responsive websites and applications.
• Leading technical delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality and performance at every stage.
• Developing secure, scalable back-end systems using technologies such as PHP or Node.js.
• Creating efficient, maintainable front-end solutions with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g. React, Angular).
• Reviewing code, sharing knowledge, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Managing multiple development projects and balancing priorities effectively.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Keeping up to date with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Working style: 3 days a week in office, 2 days from anywhere.
