A leading support services organization in Blyth is seeking a compassionate Lead Support Worker to support customers with complex mental health needs. You will create and implement personalized support plans, coordinate a team, and assist with daily living activities. The role offers flexible part-time hours with great benefits including 34 days leave and a health cash plan.
