Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a management capacity.
• All candidates will go through a vetting process including DBS checks.
• At least 3 years older than the oldest young person in the home.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and monitor 2 direct reports.
• Work with Service Manager to enhance staff training and performance.
• Ensure safeguarding practices are adhered to.
• Support care leavers transition to independent living.
