Overview

Lead Sprinkler Design Engineer - LPCB Qualified. Salary/Package: £60,000 - £65,000 basic + 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + Benefits. Location: Aylesbury. Permanent position (hybrid) with 1 day in the office and the rest from home/site. The role is with a level 3 LPCB approved sprinkler contractor and offers potential fast-track progression to managing a team of design engineers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sprinkler system designs for a variety of applications (large works, small works; LPC Rules, NFPA, FM).
• Provide design responsibility throughout the project duration.
• Produce technical documentation, installation drawings and coordination models.
• Perform FHC calculations.
• Conduct on-site surveys.
• Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

• LPCB Basic Exam PASSED.
• Experience as a lead designer with LPCB- or equivalent standards is desirable.
