Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Remote working with 1 day in every 2 weeks at our Stoke-On-Trent office (5 mins from station).

About the role:

This hands-on role involves working as part of the Software Engineering team to manage the SRE function daily, collaborating with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop solutions and positive user experiences.

The successful candidate will review, lead, and drive the strategic approach to the maturity, security, performance, and scalability of our software and services across cloud infrastructure, enjoying a high degree of autonomy to shape the team’s future direction. Key skills include:

  1. Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps/Infrastructure/Platform management
