A growing specialist insurance underwriter focused on complex property and catastrophe-driven risks is bringing its technology capability in-house. This is a rare opportunity to join as the first in-house Software Engineer, with real ownership and a clear pathway into future technical leadership.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in modernising core systems, including rebuilding pricing engines and algorithms, while advising senior stakeholders and shaping long‑term technical direction.
