Qualifications

• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 or willingness to commence within 3 months.
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010.

• Ensure compliance with children’s home regulations and standards.
