A healthcare provider in London is seeking a forward-thinking radiographer to lead Fluoroscopy, Interventional, and Cardiac Radiology services. We are looking for a forward thinking enthusiastic radiographer to lead Fluoroscopy, Interventional and Cardiac Radiology services at Croydon Health Services. The successful candidate will ensure the service provided is safe and effective as well as meeting the relevant targets. This is a key leadership role in the department and offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their managerial and organisational skills. The service comprises of 1 newly built Fluoroscopy lab, 1 Interventional Lab and 1 Cardiac Lab, as well as 6 Theatre Mobile Image Intensifiers. The Radiology department performs in excess of 250,000 all examinations per annum and has an active Clinical Governance programme. There are currently approximately 150 Staff in post in the Diagnostic Imaging department, including 26 Consultant Radiologists and Speciality Grade Doctors. Croydon University Hospital is a large urban DGH situated in South London, serving the needs of a diverse population of 360,000. It has one of the busiest A&E departments in London.
