• Proven experience in process improvement with a manufacturer.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen etc).
• Hands on experience as a maintenance engineer covering ppms and reactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development activities to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Design and improve tooling, jigs, fixtures, and shopfloor layouts.
• Manage maintenance activities and contractor coordination.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement through RCA and corrective actions.
• Analyze operational data and support new processes and equipment.
