As a Pricing Lead Analyst at AXA – Global Healthcare, you’ll be responsible for delivering age‑rated pricing activities, driving technical product development, and providing insightful monitoring and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll oversee BAU pricing for individual and SME portfolios, ensuring targets for Gross Underwriting Margin are met, and support all scheduled product reviews through thorough analysis, approval, and implementation. In this pivotal role you’ll lead a team of analysts, ensuring their work aligns with the guidelines set by insurers and reinsurers while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
