The salary for this permanent Lead Occupational Therapist job is £43,742 – £50,056 per annum.

Your Role
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Occupational Therapy team, ensuring timely and effective treatment and discharge planning.
  • Provide expert assessments and develop holistic treatment plans for clients with complex neurological conditions. Use advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to guide rehabilitation programs.
  • Support and supervise junior Occupational Therapists and assistants. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination. Participate in MDT meetings, contribute to rehabilitation planning, and support client discharge processes.
  • Explore and implement new approaches to enhance Occupational Therapy services. Stay at the forefront of best practices and drive service development initiatives.
