Lead Nurse Brighton & Hove Recovery Service

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in the Brighton & Hove Recovery Service.

About the Role

As one of our Lead Nurses youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across our Brighton & Hove Recovery Service. Youll jointly lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals ensuring our approach is safe evidence-based compassionate and consistently improving.

Every day will bring opportunities to support people in their recovery journey empowering them to achieve meaningful lasting change.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team
  • Leading the delivery of clinical health and wellbeing interventions
  • Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit learning and reflection
  • Supporting staff development and contributing to service improvement
  • Working collaboratively across hubs community locations and partner organisations
