The successful candidate will prospect into new accounts, expand usage within existing customers, and ensure clients derive ongoing value from the NOW Platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Managing sales opportunities and relationships via phone with influential contacts
  • Understanding clients’ business drivers and mapping ServiceNow solutions accordingly
  • Developing new opportunities through strategic prospecting
  • Following the Value Selling process to win new business and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate sales cycles
  • Providing accurate forecasts and strategic plans
  • Achieving KPIs such as prospect meetings, pipeline growth, bookings, and renewals
  • Mentoring team members and contributing to team projects

Travel may be required for training and meetings.

Qualifications
  • Experience with AI integration in workflows or decision-making
  • Proven success in telesales, lead follow-up, or new business sales
  • 3+ years in software or solution sales
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions via phone and video
  • Understanding of complex sales processes
  • Knowledge of sales automation or IT infrastructure management is a plus
  • Excellent presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Persistent, dependable, and deadline-oriented
