What You'll Do
  • Transition & Transformation – Assist in launching new services by participating in testing activities and creating clear, helpful documentation to support deployment.
  • Operations – Manage ticketing systems to track tasks, resolve issues, and escalate when timelines may be at risk. Support daily processes, contribute to reports, and act as the primary support contact for the Process Manager.
  • Standardisation & Process Improvement – Identify opportunities for improvement, understand end‑to‑end processes, enforce established standards and guidelines, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Cyber Security Readiness – Work closely with the GIS (Group Information Security) team, serve as a single point of contact for cyber‑related activities and incidents, and proactively keep customers protected.
