Responsibilities

You will be a manager in a Tesco store with a driving role in serving Britain's shoppers a little better every day. As a Lead Manager you will have your own management team to guide and will often be the most senior colleague in the store, ensuring the best possible service for colleagues and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximising sales, impact, and presentation for your department while ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Leading from the front, on the store floor with colleagues and customers.
  • Grooming talent, giving feedback and developing your team to be their best.
  • Balancing operational duties with people leadership to deliver excellent service.

You will need

Requirements
