Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to lead strategic work in the Customer Identity & Access Management and drive key initiatives for our business divisions globally.

  • Work on the end-to-end Customer IAM vision and strategy in alignment with the firm's strategic technical direction, the Technology Services Strategy, and the Organisation Cyber Information Security Strategy and overall Identity & Access Management
  • Partner with Crew and Pod Leads, Capability Owners, business stakeholders and Transformation to translate strategies and reference models into designs to enable our teams to successfully execute to deliver the vision
  • Lead the solution management in CIAM. Managing the technical design, overseeing senior engineers and vendor consultants and coordinating engineering delivery across several PODs in CIAM
  • Drive technical project delivery from early ideas to production rollout, improvements, and retirement.
  • Contribute to the CIAM technical vision and strategy and support the development of architecture and engineering skills within the team
  • Contribute directly (hands‑on) to engineering delivery in early stage of projects, POCs to validate solution proposals and in the support of the evaluation of commercial products.
    Hands on experience with a few Customer IAM Products from vendors such as Ping Identity, ForgeRock, IBM, Okta, Transmit Security, RSA, biometrics, identity proofing, ideally in Customer IAM.
  • Excellent and proven knowledge of Application/Cloud Security concepts and the IT Security Domain with experience working in the financial industry in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge & experience with Internet Facing Applications (Application Firewalls, DMZ, proxies)
  • Solid understanding of Security Architecture with knowledge of enterprise architecture practices, strategies, processes and methodologies, bringing a passion for strategy, architecture and software engineering excellence
  • Knowledge of Agile, Cloud, DevOps, Open Source and a programming language is of substantial advantage as well as practical experience of driving architecture good practice and encouraging creative or forward-thinking in a traditional and modern IT environment
  • Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that enable you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships to collaborate with internal partners on global & regional initiatives/ programs
  • Confident, assertive, and effective communicator with strong influencing skills and able to prepare and deliver professional presentations to senior level audience
  • Experience and good knowledge of global jurisdictional practices/financial regulators requirements
  • Security certification is an advantage: CISSP, CISA, CSSLP, TOGAF
