What’s expected of you?

DeterTech is seeking a confident and enthusiastic commercial executive to join our growing sales team. Customer Acquisitions will be responsible for generating and confirming qualified leads to pass onto our sales teams and convert to appointments.


The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and a confident communicator, comfortable in a telesales role. They will support the sales teams by providing customer and market research and analysis and maintain excellent customer relationships. As well as representing the company and its solutions, they will be able to deal with complaints effectively and appropriately to ensure we maintain customer satisfaction and learn from any mistakes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team

  • Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and operations to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers

  • Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications

  • Effectively communicate and present the DeterTech solution and value proposition to customers, providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management

  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently, developing and maintaining strong relationships

  • Achieving sales lead generator and appointment quotas.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • 2+ years’ experience within Lead Generation, Customer Service and or Marketing role.

  • Proven track record achieving targets.

  • Ability to multi-task daily projects, commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.

  • Proficiency in Marketing, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 suite

  • Strong inner drive and innovative: able to think strategically about how to identify and target potential clients, and how to position the company's offerings in a crowded marketplace

  • Excellent communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate the value of the company's products and services to potential clients. This requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

  • Innovation and persistence: should have the persistence to keep pushing and trying new approaches even in the face of setbacks

  • Team player: able to collaborate effectively with colleagues in marketing, customer service, sales, and other departments

  • Results-oriented: focused on achieving results, whether that means meeting sales quotas, generating leads, or building strong relationships with clients
