Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in the food industry.
• HACCP qualified to a minimum of Level 3.
• Experience auditing across three or more food categories.
• Proven track record in conducting 2nd party or supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2nd party food safety audits of suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier compliance against food safety standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports including evidence.
• Support follow-up corrective actions and continuous improvement.
