Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in multi-site or multi-building facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of combined hard and soft services.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a mixed portfolio.
• Ensuring full health & safety compliance and best-practice FM processes.
• Managing tenant relationships and resolving building issues.
• Supervising the in-house maintenance team and external contractors.

Skills

5+ years’ experience in multi-site or multi-building facilities management

Strong knowledge of combined hard and soft services

Confident skills in budgeting, service charges, financial management

Strong organisational skills

Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders

Education

IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
