• Experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
• Time served background preferred.
• Previous CAPEX project experience is a plus.
• Engineering or manufacturing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engineering installation projects and NPI activities.
• Coordinate internal teams and contractors for continuous production.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and statutory requirements.
• Provide leadership to engineering personnel.
