Qualifications

Lead DevOps Engineer required for a high-growth climate tech start-up. This is a fully remote role , with optional access to offices in London and Cambridge . You’ll take ownership of cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy, helping scale a platform that delivers real-world climate impact.

  • Design, build, and maintain secure, resilient CI / CD pipelines
  • Lead DevOps strategy across reliability, observability, and cost optimisation
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to ship faster and safer
  • Mentor engineers and help set best-practice standards
